    Hello,

    Just purchased the theme and loving it, well done guys! :)

    Enquiry:
    We now have the theme as a fresh install, with no other plugins other than those that came with it, and we’re currently working on the Layer Slider adding an extra slide to the two already contained within the Enfold pack. If you visit the link and scroll the slider to the third slide, you’ll see a new test graphic with 3 coloured boxes. The graphic background is actually transparent – just the boxes solid – but we’re seeing white instead of the blue background we put in place.

    Question:
    How can we make the theme transparent in the slider area, so that the blue is displayed and not the white area please, as we will place a photo as the background eventually and need this to show through?

    Thank you in advance for your time, it is genuinely appreciated.
    Best wishes,
    A. Hayden, B.Sc.

    Hi,

    I’m not able to log in to the backend from either /wp-admin or /wp-login.php, could you check please? The link you posted takes me to a 404 page as well.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    TY for your reply, and apologies.
    It is as a result of a security plugin, but should be fine now for you.
    Details in the private content for you… just checked to make sure it was ok, and all is good :)

    If you can help at all, can you please provide details of the exact solution for us please?
    That would be greatly appreciated.

    Best wishes,
    A. Hayden, B.Sc.

    Hey!

    Thank you for the info. You can add the background as a another layer under the boxes. If you can provide a screenshot of the slider layout, it will help. Use imgur or dropbox.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    First of all the image that you’re using is not transparent: http://www.hayden-media.com/A1/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/slide1_Layer_x.png

    Make it transparent then use this in the Quick CSS field to remove the background of the main container:

    #main, .avia-msie-8 .av_header_sticky_disabled#header {
        background-color: transparent;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hi Ismael!

    Doh! Apologies for the ‘non-transparent’ image, which is now corrected :)

    However, after inserting the CSS code, the background is still showing the main container colour (dark grey) for some reason, not the cityscape photograph which is in the full screen background. Can you advise on this again please?

    As usual all your help is genuinely appreciated.

    Best wishes,
    A. Hayden, B.Sc.

    Hey!

    You can add this in the Quick CSS field:

    .avia-layerslider {
        background-color: transparent !important;
    }

    Cheers!
