Hey Frank,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tried to check and the error doesn’t seem to appear anymore, is this already fixed? or do you still need assistance?Best regards,
NikkoAugust 24, 2020 at 6:29 am #1240265Hello Nikko,
as I wrote the error appears randomly. Please refresh min. 5-10 times on the landing page. The problem definitely exists. For details please check the Screenshot. Unfortunately the error message is on the top und the main menu but parts are readable.
Regards Frank
August 25, 2020 at 4:53 am #1240576Hi Frank,
Thanks for the update. I reloaded your site 12 times but I still can’t get the results shown in your screenshot, are you sure that is not a local problem? You could try using a different browser or an incognito/private window to check that for example.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 22, 2020 at 11:00 pm #1255103Hi Rikard,
unfortunately the problem still exists. Please look at the Screenshot below. 1st picture with “page preloading” active and 2nd with inactive. Sometimes there is an error from the layer slider in red font-color.
Please check this and reply to me. Thanks!
Frank
October 23, 2020 at 3:31 pm #1255272Hi Frank,
I tried to check again and this time I have seen the issue.
I noticed that there’s a mixed content error showing in the web console and after fixing this, it seems to work properly.
Can you try to clear your browser cache and check again, if the issue still persists?Best regards,
NikkoOctober 26, 2020 at 9:36 pm #1255847Hello Nikko,
unfortunately I can still reproduce the problem. Whatever you did it that was not the solution. Can you have a closer look please?
Best regards,
FrankOctober 27, 2020 at 11:44 am #1256001Hi Frank,
I have tried to refresh the page 10 times and before I would see the issue 4-6 times out of 10, but now the issue isn’t showing even once.
Best regards,
NikkoOctober 27, 2020 at 1:16 pm #1256035Hi Nikko,
are you kidding me? Do you think I write this when there is nothing that goes wrong? I refresh the page 3 Times an from then there is no layer slider visible. I think it is obvious to add another screenshot that shows the same issue.
So where is the problem?
Best regards,
FrankOctober 27, 2020 at 2:19 pm #1256068Hi Frank,
I’m not kidding and I’ve already looked into other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge), everything looks like the screenshot I provided in private content.
The only difference I think between our machines is caching.
If that still shows on your end even if browser cache is cleared, then I would suggest disabling temporarily any types of js minification or merging either via Enfold Theme Options or plugins, since the error shown in the screenshot is multiple jquery issue.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 29, 2020 at 10:18 pm #1256882Hello,
even after clearing the cache the problem randomly every 3-5 refresh exists.
I am using Safari browser on Mac OS or iOS. Can anybody please check it under this conditions?
Regards
FrankOctober 31, 2020 at 4:49 pm #1257245Hi Frank,
I have requested my colleagues to check on the issue since I could not see it on my end.
Best regards,
NikkoOctober 31, 2020 at 6:41 pm #1257286Hi,
I believe the issue is because you have the theme setting Enfold Theme Options > Performance > Load jQuery in your footer enabled, I disabled, please clear your browser cache and check.Best regards,

November 18, 2020 at 2:26 pm #1261284Hi,
I checked your site again, but it seemed to load fine for me, I tried re-loading about ten times in different browsers,
In Safari I did notice an error “can’t find variable” from a widget with the URL “fupa.net” but this didn’t stop the page from loading for me.
In my last reply, I had disabled this option for you and it seemed to correct, which seems to continue today.
From your screenshot, it looks like you are using Safari on IOS, which can be hard to clear the cache from, please try these steps.Best regards,
Mike -
