Good morning,
I have 2 Enfold websites and in 1 website the Photo layer slider don’t work in the browser Opera. The slider area in the website is completely empty (no text no photos). The photo layer slider works fine in Chrome and IE.
I tried also another Enfold slider, also not working.
Do you have a solution?Regards Merlijn
May 17, 2017 at 6:21 pm #795017Hey!
You are using very old versions of the theme on both sites. Please update both sites to the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.0.7 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Since you are using very old versions, please have backups before updating to be on the safe side :)
Best regards,
YigitMay 17, 2017 at 6:42 pm #795030Hey Yigit,
I can’t update wordpress to the latest version, I have a plug in (bought in the past) that will not work with the newest version at this moment.
I only need to fix the slider problem. My other website works fine. The website without the slider problem is older.
The newest website has the problem.I hope you can help,
Regards Merlijn
May 17, 2017 at 6:49 pm #795032Hey!
Can you please try downgrading theme version to the older one? Unfortunately, it would be very difficult to troubleshoot issues on very old theme, WordPress and plugin versions.
Best regards,
YigitMay 17, 2017 at 10:55 pm #795138Hey Yigit, I don’t know how :-(
Wordpress version is the same. I can’t find the theme version.
Where can I find the theme version?Best regards,

You can simply go to wp-content/themes/ folder via FTP and copy “enfold” folder from the old version and then overwrite the newer one with the older one
Cheers!
YigitMay 18, 2017 at 10:07 am #795746Thank you, Yigit
Does this not have effect on my online webpages?
Regards MerlijnMay 18, 2017 at 10:08 am #795747I mean, do I not lose information or webpages?
regards MerlijnMay 18, 2017 at 12:41 pm #795842Hi,
No, your content and database should be safe. But I would recommend that you backup your site prior to changes like this just in case anything should go wrong.
Best regards,
RikardJune 12, 2017 at 3:32 pm #806919Beautiful theme! I’m also having the same problem in both Chrome and Opera. I just downloaded the theme yesterday from Themeforest. After importing the demo, the layer slider didn’t work in either browser. I also tried creating my own slider, and it was blank in Chrome and Opera (but visible in IE). Was there a resolution?
