launch lightbox gallery from a button

Hi all.
How can I launch a lightbox gallery from a button or code?
Thanks in advance.

Also menu item highlighted as current page (section) using in an One Page Product is not working.
EDIT, as I see problem above is normal when using this kind of links #. I’ve switch to Simple (menu) by now…
