    When using the Latest News widget and there is a link in the excerpt it is not active. Is there a way to make it active so that a user can click directly on the link.

    Hey msmazza!

    I couldn’t see any links in the paragraphs there, but the header and images link to their corresponding posts. Would you like to have a read more link at the end of each post as well?

    You can set the post format to “Link” then add the url of the site where you want the post to go when clicked. https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Formats
