I have just upgraded to the latest version of the Enfold theme.

I am now seeing a white bar across the top of each page.

    I’ll provide login details below

Would you prefer FTP details _ I can provide those too

    Hi katrinam14,

The problem seems to be coming from your caching plugin.
You can flush or purge the cache using the caching plugin and that should fix it.
I don’t see the issue on my end even when not logged in, if the issue still persists, try to clear your browser cache or try to use a different browser.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Thanks Nikko
Odd as I can see this even when looking inCognito.
It’s not every page it seems just some…see link below. LMK if this looks fine to you :-)
I have purged the cache…but will try again

I’m also still seeing lots in the 404 error log

    Hi katrinam14,

It looks good on my end as well.
I have posted screenshot links in private content.

    Best regards,

    Thanks Nikko
I’m still seeing loads in the 404 error log – seems to be for images that I have deleted. Why would they be flagged? They aren’t used on any pages?

    Hi,
I checked all of your pages and only found one 404 on the page /wedding-photography-packages/ for in the section under “Extras” please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
    Please try correcting that image.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Thanks Mike

Will look into that – doesn’t explain all the error logs I’m still getting though. Can these be disabled in some way. It’s just clogging up the server!

    Many thanks

    Hi,
Does your error log say on which page which image is giving a 404 error?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I see that this is from your 301 Redirects plugin and it is showing you a list of images that lead to 404 errors, unfortunately it doesn’t tell you which page they are on.
I had checked all of the pages that were linked in your main menu and found that one missing image on your page /wedding-photography-packages/
but in your backend I see that you have 77 posts and 395 pages, I will not be able to check every one of your pages, you will need to do this.
I recommend checking your webhost error log for the 404 errors and hopefully it will give you the page urls, then you can fix the errors on the pages.
If you are not sure how to do this try asking your webhost support, they will be able to create a report for you.
Once you know the pages you will need to correct them by choosing a new image in the elements.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Thanks – I will check through the errors that are pages/posts.

However i don’t know why I am getting errors for some images e.g.
    /wp-content/uploads/2017/03/DL0375.jpg
When I search for the image “DL0375.jpg” it doesn’t exist!

    Thanks

    #1427801

    Hi,
Perhaps DL0375.jpg was an image that you removed a while back and there is still a link to it on your site, checking your webhost error log should tell you what page this error is from, and then you can remove the link on the page.
Unless there is anything else we can assist with on this issue, shall we close this thread then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
