Hi – I am working on a login form with code provided from a third party provider. I have installed the code on the page in a Code Block but get an error message:
“File not found. Try again later or contact your system administrator.”
We were wondering if Enfold was compatible with the Java script used in the form? Include below.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
- Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I tried to access your site however I’m blocked by WordPress.

I have tested the form you gave and I’m getting the same results even outside of the theme. For example you can save that code as an html file and test the form, you will still get the same results:
File not found. Try again later or contact your system administrator.

Did you need further help or shall we close this thread?

You can close – I think we’ve identified that the problem is not the theme. Thanks for the great support!April 16, 2019 at 12:15 am #1091134
