    Hello
    I just noticed that my Enfold theme doesn’t receive any updates since a few weeks. I’m still on 3.4.7. Is this because my support has expired?
    (My Theme Forest username and API key are filled in0)
    I still can download the newest version of the theme from themeforest and install it manually, but it would be handy that this goes automatically …
    I run the Enfold theme on a multisite installation, maybe this can be a problem?

    Hi jurgen1979,

    You should be receiving updates but it doesn’t work all the time unfortunately. Please try the following plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. Also verify that your details are correct. If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
