    When trying to add links to the ford familly element on this page http://fff.ch1design.co.uk/ once you have added a link (eg added to Laura) the CMS in wordpress either doea a critical error message or the page is just blank,

    The current page in the CMS which just shows a blank page is called Home
    The Old page that said critical error is named Home page faulty

    Both errored after adding a link to a team member that is saved in the porfolio section. Please can you help.

    Hey janmalone,

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.3.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that your server is running PHP 7.4 or higher.

    Hi Ive update to the latest version but that hasnt fixed my problem. I am uploaded to 123reg server through a hosting package and it says i am running PHP 7.0

    Hi janmalone,

    I have checked the debug.log file and it is pointing to Out of memory error (sample error in private content).
    I tried to check the memory limit in Tools > Site Health and it seems to be large enough 256MB, it seems to be some memory leak on the server, please ask for assistance from your hosting provider.
