    Hi Rikard,

Starting a new thread as requested. I’ve successfully downloaded the plugin you recommended in this thread (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-enfold-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-provided/) and I was able to successfully (and easily, thank you!) update the theme to 4.5 that way.

The problem I am now encountering is generating a new, functioning token with Envato. I followed the steps on this page:
https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#toggle-id-5 and created a new token but I am now getting this error when I try to enter it in Enfold:

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

Here is a screenshot of the permissions I selected when registering the token:

Could you help me figure out what I’ve done wrong here? A couple questions:

    1. I have over 70 installs of Enfold I need to repeat this process for. Can I register a single token and use that key for all the sites?
    2. All of the wordpress sites using Enfold have different administrator email addresses which are not associated with my Envato email. Is that an issue?

Really appreciate your help in the matter,
    Jinju

I have exactly the same issue.

I reinstalled Enfold 4.5 using the Plugin “update-thems-and-plugins-frim-zip-file” and the error did not occur any more (using the same private token as before).
