    Hello there

It’s been a few days I’m encountering some serious issues when trying to do any update to the site or post any article. When I open a page and try to change anything, I basically see some version of the page and not the building blocks. When I try to add a new article, everything I save some copy, I get redirected to the homepage and the new article just disappears.

I was running an older version of Enfold, so I have manually installed the latest one 4.2, but the issue persisted. I’ve already tried all the steps indicated here but to no avail.

Could it be a problem with my hosting provider?

    Thank you,
    Alessandro

    Hi Alessandro,

I have checked it, can you tell us what changed before the issue shows up? I tried to enable wordpress debugger and I couldn’t find anything and it’s weird that it loads your homepage inside the layout builder. Can you try to put it in a subdomain?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hello Nikko

Thank you very much for your reply. I was able to solve the issue, it was a problem on the hosting side. They have made some updates to their servers and that was causing the errors. All solved now :)

    Happy new year!
    Alessandro
