Issue with the Open Sans font

Dear Support,

I have following problem:
When I’m logged as an administrator of my website the Opens Sans font works perfectly.
Unfortunately, after I log off, the font changes into an other one.

I would be grateful for help.

Please flush browser cache. Font is open sans on my end – http://i.imgur.com/E3qUSDM.png
