Hello,
I am working with an organization that bought your theme. They gave me access to wordpress, but I can’t figure out how to get the code to prove that the theme was purchased. I am having trouble with the menu. I want to reorganize their menu on the site. The previous designer created an “About” tab in the menu, and when you hover the first link is “About us” Then there is “Projects” and “News.” Every time I delete the “About” link and make “about us” the first parent link of the group, the styling for when I hover goes away and I can’t figure out why.

It looks like you are running an old version of the theme, if that is related to your problem or not I don’t know, but it might be a good idea to update it. You can find the API key in your Themeforest account and then add it to the theme options to get automatic updates. You could also update manually via FTP if you prefer that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
