    I have spent a bunch of time trying solutions from this forum butt havent been able to get it to work.

    Here is an overview of the problem:

    This video was recorded for my host, but they dont see any server side issues.

    Please help.

    Hey blackfishnetworks,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
