    I wonder if you can help. As a of a few days ago we cannot add the events calendar tickets to the woocommerce cart on a desktop (on a mobile it works fine). We have cleared caches and checked plugin clashes and cannot find any problem

    i have also approached the events calendar plugin developers but had no response.

    Could you please try de-activating facebook pixels plugin temporarily, clear cache and check if that helps?

    Thank you but I checked all the plugins and theme for conflicts already.

    In the end I had a reply from The Events Calendar and it worked so sharing the solution here in case others come up against the same thing and need help:

    First, please check that Enable Stock Management is checked under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.

    Next, head to Tickets > Settings > General > Display and check under the Ticket and RSVP Display Settings section — if the Enable New RSVP Experience and Enable Updated Tickets Experience options aren’t enabled, please enable them, then recheck the behavior on the frontend. You may need to clear your site and browser caches prior to rechecking.
