Is there a way to add a captcha to the theme's contact form?

Is there any way to add a captcha to the theme’s contact form? We’d like to cut back on all the spam we are getting. Please let me know if there is a way to do this, or if your contact form doesn’t have this option, can you suggest a good contact form that does?

Also, I see there is an update for the child theme… I’m new to this theme and forget how to update it… actually, I’m not sure if I’ve had to update it before. Is there a one-click method within the theme? Or do I need to download the files from Envato, delete the theme from WP and reinstall?
