    Hi!
    I have an issue with iOS devices that can’t view the page properly, the page becomes white and static and they have to press back or reload the page to get continue.

    Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves?

    Hey,

    You seem to have broken HTML on your page. I am seeing 3 Strong tags where they should not be and I think that is causing the issue on Safari.

    Please make sure that you open and close all HTML tags properly. E.g. Strong tag should be as following 

    
<strong>Here is my strong text!</strong>

    Please edit your page and correct the issues. If you are unable to locate the issues, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

    Hi Yigit!

    Thank you located, 4 open tags, that I removed page is unaffected, still a blank white page on ios.

    I moved the page to another domain/hos to rebuild the page and it now loads on ios without any issues. So I assume it’s the wp installation or severs side causing it.
    However on this new WordPress installation, I can’t edit the page, the Avia builder never loads.

    Could you please log in and see what’s causing it? No plugins are activated.

    Hi,

    I enabled debugging mode – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode and fixed Strong tags inside your Catalogue elements. None of them had closing tags :) Page loaded only after I removed your code block. I attached the code that was inside your Code Block element in private content field.

    The code is for a widget for Bookatable and it works on the live site as I can open the editor there without any issues?

    They need the booking app on the website, is there any fix for it ?

    Hi,

    It actually loads fine when I copy your page to my local installation as well so I think it might be related to server of second site.
    Could you please share FTP logins as well?

    Hi,

    Everything seems fine. I think this is related to some rule in your mod security.
    Could you please contact your hosting provider and maybe temporarily disable firewall to check if that helps?
