A client is having an issue with the interface which I can’t figure out. Not sure if this is a WordPress or theme issue, but here goes: The client has tried Safari and Firefox browsers on the Mac and also restarted the computer. They log in to WordPress and theme without any problems. When the client attempts to add a photo to their existing portfolio page, they click on the “Masonry Gallery” button and the window pops up displaying the existing photos in the existing portfolio. The problem occurs when the client clicks on the “Add/Edit Gallery” button…they click on it and nothing happens. The next pop up window doesn’t pop up allowing them to add an image or rearrange the portfolio images.
The client has checked pop up window options in their browsers and have pop up windows allowed. I’m out of ideas, any thoughts on why this might happen?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardHmm, I have the Enfold Child theme installed and it’s telling me the most current version is installed. Although the version number says 4.8.3. I must be missing something. Private content included. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The latest version of the theme is 5.1.2. If this version is not displaying in the dashboard, you may need to update the theme manually via FTP just this once. Please check the documentation below for more info about FTP update.
