You previously said that you are going to install WordPress and Enfold once again, have you tried it? If not, please try re-installing via FTP
For a quick guide on installing your theme take a look at this video on installing the Enfold theme via FTP:Regards,

Yes i could login to dashboard. I have not tried activating Enfold but i checked that it is the version 2.2. At this point, i would suggest you to update Enfold to 2.3.1 via FTP
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750Cheers!

Please go to ThemeForest again and go to Downloads in your profile, then download Enfold once again. The newest version will be downloaded. Then you can install it via FTP as shown in link in my previous post
Cheers!

I tagged our head of support.
To summarize the issue; when activating Enfold, WordPress dashboard cannot be reached. It is just a blank white page. I tried to Live Preview Enfold, but again, it only shows a blank page.Regards,

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M by editing wp-config.php: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Cheers!

1) You can install this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/change-memory-limit/ to test if the memory limit has been increased.
2) If the theme still doesn’t work activate the debug mode: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Debug by editing the wp-config.php and check if wordpress outputs any error messages on the admin page ( http://onlinebusinessplanners.com/wp-admin/ ).
