    Hi,

    I’m still not sure what’s causing the issue, so I removed the instagram widget for now. Please delete the remaining folder in the uploads directory.

    Install this plugin temporarily.

    As i told you a several times before: i cant use this plugin because of the GDPR …!
    I just deleted the Avia Cache Folder in the uploads directory for you (for whatever reason you cant delete it via your FTP account).

    Hi,

    I’m sorry but I don’t know what else to tell you aside from the fact that the theme’s instagram widget is not working properly with your server. And I’m not really sure why it’s not working. Do you have any other sites using Enfold?

    Its me again. Still have the problem that there is no connection to the instagram account … Do you really think this is a server problem, because i still get the “please enter correct instagram username” error …
    Maybe the widget doesn’t accept username with _ ? Because the Username is kurhaus_bad_toelz ??

    Hi,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

    A fix was included on version 4.5.4, but a few users reported that this particular patch didn’t fix the issue, which lead us to think that this may be a problem with their server. Please upgrade to version 4.5.4, re-add the widget and then let us know if anything changed.

    Hmmm my Theme settings says im still up-to-date with version 4.5.2 … ?

    Hi,

    The latest version is 4.5.5. You may need to update the theme manually this time.
