    hi there,
    the enfold instagram widget that is in my footer and blog sidebar is not updating anymore – the pics stay the same. What can be the problem?

    Hey iriad,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    I can see the issue but not sure why.
    Can you please check with your hosting provider if there is anything that is blocking it from your installation?
    wp_get for example?

    Hi iriad,

    Related Posts has an error in Javascript, it could be breaking the page and so Instagram script does not execute.
    You can deactivate that plugin to test.

    Still not working. I am aware there are some issues with the zemanta related posts plugin that i had, but when I deactivated it the instagram feed still didn’t update.
    The Enfold related posts doesn’t really cut it for me, can’t choose which posts I’m showing, how many and also the thumbnail is not showing.
    Any other advice to fix it?

    Hi iriad,

    You can try reactivating Related posts and deactivating Super Cache to see if maybe that was the cache error or conflict.

    Hi Rini,

    You’re running an old version of the theme, you might want to consider updating your theme. The code base of the widget might be outdated.
