    Hi Enfold-team.

    After my last instagram-post yesterday, I got a problem with your instagram-widget in my footer section (footer is displayed on every site).

    As you can see, the picture of the nex to last post is visible as a thumbnail, but not the last one from yesterday. Also, the older posts are not visible as the actual thumbs but just as the hashtags according to the pics.

    I tried to refresh the browser cache and also replaced the instagram widget by turning it inactive – both didn´t work.
    There are also no changes in the last post – same kind of normal plain text, same type of picture, …

    Do you have any experiences to that problem?

    Hey Manuel,

    I’m not sure why but the instagram server is responding with a 403 error (forbidden). It might be due to your htaccess login?

    Hi Ismael.

    Thanks for the link – I´m glad, I wasn´t the only one with that problem

    Unfortunately I´m not able to find the path to the mentioned file on my server (“Please edit the framework > php > class-framework-widgets.php file”).

    Is it possible, that the path can vary a bit or is it definately this path?

    Hi,

    That is the absolute path of the file. Edit it by way of cpanel or ftp. Please make sure that you’re using the latest version, 4.2.

    Hey,

    In your screenshot, please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php and edit it as needed :)
    Also, the latest version of Enfold is currently 4.2.1 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
