    I can’t get my Instagram account to appear on the footer through the widgets tab. I get a message stating ; An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again. There is another statement where the Instagram widget should appear that states; For admins only: Missing intagram user name !!

    Hey hulisescontreras,

    Thanks for giving us admin access, however we could not find the instagram widget in your pages.
    Also can you backup your site and try to update Enfold to version 4.5.5 which contains this improvement:

    improved: instagram error messages for easier debugging

    Hi,
    I run version 4.5.7, but have the same issue:
    Instagram widget seems OK in the widget dashboard, but is returning in the page the same message: For admins only: Missing intagram user name.
    Can you help?

    Hi JMDP,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    It’s fixed. The instagram widget under Display Everywhere lacks information, so I selected the Instagram Paris widget area and it works fine :)
