    Dear Kriesi-Team,

    I am facing the following issue with my instagram plugin from enfold theme: Usually, when I am posting a new pic on Instagram, the pic was directly visable on my homepage. Since a few weeks the website is not showing new instagram posts anymore. Can you help me with this please?

    Sorry for the problem. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Thanks for your reply! Isn`t the theme updating automatically? Unfortunately, I dont understand how to update the theme by myself.

    Hi Lea,

    No, there are no automatic update. Some interaction is needed on the backend, did you try to check manually under Enfold->Theme Update? Did you add a token to the back end? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for your help. I finally managed to add a token and to update the theme. Unfortunately, the problem with instagram got worse. Now even less pics from Instagram are visible. Any suggestions?
