VictoriaFebruary 10, 2020 at 11:26 pm #1183300Hi Victoria,
Can you give me an ETA? Enfold has been a staple for us, unfortunately issues with the last three versions have been creating issues with my clients. Is this going to be an issue for a month or more like the social icons? I hope not. These seem like very fundamental things that shouldn’t have been overlooked before the update is released to your customers. I have over 30 sites running Enfold, not using another plugin.
Thank you,

The implementation is in progress but no ETA at the moment, unfortunately.

VictoriaFebruary 11, 2020 at 4:13 pm #1183571Hi Victoria,
Thank you for the update. Just checked things out and only seeing the issue in Firefox at this time. If a fix is released before the theme update please let me know.
Thank you!
ChrisFebruary 13, 2020 at 2:22 pm #1184145Hi,
We have not implemented the plugin yet. If you are only seeing the issue on Firefox, i believe there is a cache related issue. Please make sure to flush cache on your browser.
Best regards,
YigitFebruary 13, 2020 at 4:05 pm #1184185Hi Yigit,
No not a cache issue, already cleared everything.
Not related to my original question, but related to the browser, we have also noticed in Firefox that the cookie notification comes up on every page even after you accept it. Not necessarily looking for an immediate fix with this, just want to let you guys know so you can look at the bug.
Thank you!
ChrisFebruary 13, 2020 at 4:20 pm #1184194Hi,
Could you please share a link of the website where we can see this cookie issue? I checked website you posted here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/instagram-not-displaying/#post-1183221 but there is no cookie consent bar on them :)
Best regards,
YigitFebruary 13, 2020 at 4:24 pm #1184197Hi Yigit,
Sorry, the cookie issue is a different site, https://www.ultimationinc.com/ , only seeing it in Firefox. Let me know if you don’t see it, sometimes goofy things happen here. I work for a corporation on a highly secure network and they might’ve done something on our end.
Thank you!
ChrisFebruary 13, 2020 at 4:46 pm #1184208Hi Chris,
I accepted on front page on Firefox and then navigated to your other pages however it did not popup on my end on other pages.
Are you using any browser add-ons? If you are, could you please try disabling them to check if that makes a difference?Cheers!
YigitFebruary 13, 2020 at 5:12 pm #1184217Hi Yigit,
I’m very sorry for wasting everyone’s time and getting a little angry, I feel bad, sorry Victoria. It was an extension blocking social widgets and other social plugins from functioning properly. However I don’t see any extensions that are causing the cookie issue, turned everything off and it was still happening. Anyway thank you for helping me with this, this ticket can be closed.
Thank you,
