Hi there, Instagram feeds across all of our sites have stopped working today.
Error message:
Errors found:
Instagram has returned invalid data.We have re-entered and re-saved the Instagram usernames, and the usernames are correct.
How can we fix this?

Which Enfold are you running? We had the issue with way older versions and also it can be the issue on the Instagram side.
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 23, 2019 at 3:31 am #1130169Hi Victoria, thanks for your reply. Yes everything (WP, Enfold, plugins) is up to date.
Any ideas? Is this happening on any other Enfold sites that you know of?
August 23, 2019 at 7:56 am #1130229Hi,
Could you post login details in private so that we can look at the actual page you linked to please? It seems to be in maintenance mode.

August 23, 2019 at 1:11 pm #1130343Hi,
Your site is in maintenance mode, that is likely why it’s not working. Please try to disable that.

RikardAugust 26, 2019 at 12:28 am #1130784Hi, thanks for your reply. I appreciate the support but I feel like this is a brush-off answer. If you look at the posts above, you’ll see I mentioned that it is happening across all of our sites, not just this one, including sites that are live, on a dev URL, and in maintenance mode. The issue was occurring even when the site was not in maintenance mode.
Here are a handful of other sites where this is happening.

And many more.
As you see there is nothing in common with these sites, they are all either dev URL or live URL, HTTP or HTTPS, and none are in maintenance mode.
Any ideas?
August 28, 2019 at 2:21 pm #1131604Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We encountered the a thread with this very same issue the other day. Unfortunately, we are not sure what’s causing the issue. We do know that the scraper is not getting the required JSON data. The same instagram account works fine on a localhost. Have you tried removing the database transients?

Or try to delete the instagram folder in the wp-content directory, then update the widget.
Best regards,
