Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Wir planen derzeit gerade die Umsetzung eines großen Onlineshops und der Kunde wünscht sich das Enfold Theme. Für unserer Projekt müssen wir einen individuellen FAQ Bereich ergänzen, hier würden wir sehr gerne mit Ihrem Pagebuilder arbeiten, um ein durchgängiges System für den Kunden bereitzustellen.
Unsere Frage dazu nun: Gibt es in ihrem Pagebuilder die Möglichkeit individuelle Elemente (konkret ein Container Element, welches wiederum ihre Standardelemente beeinhaltet) zu ergänzen?

Have you tried using the Tab or the Accordion element? You should be able to create a FAQ section using those elements.
What you are requesting is possible but it will require modifications that are beyond the scope of support. You may need to hire a freelance developer or contact our partner, Codeable.

If you are familiar with PHP or with programming in general, you can create a new shortcode path in the child theme and add your own custom elements to the builder.
