    I used woocommerce for the multi-seller system from the Dokan plugin (, But there is a problem in the image upload section in the account and it is not possible to upload the image, I disabled the Enfold template and checked the theme with the default template. There was no problem uploading images.

    Please check the Enfold for compatibility with this plugin.

    (Do not take a moment to work on the template’s features to work with the woocommerce plugin, The account section, header and compatibility with woocommerce auxiliary add-ons requires development, I suggest that you review these issues in future updates.)

    I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    The plugin has no problem with the default theme.
    With the plugin support, I’m still in contact, but in their plugin there is no problem viewing or reporting the image upload, and this is not compatible with the Enfold theme. The authors of the Dokan plugin have been linked to your team ( But you have not had the opportunity to work with them.

    Please follow this to fix the Enfold template compatibility problem with the Dokan plugin. If necessary, I can send you WordPress login information for a closer look.

    Kriesi didn’t respond on that thread, so it seems that there’s no plan on making the plugin fully compatible with the theme. Where can we see the issue? Maybe we’ll be able to provide a fix or at least, find the conflict.
