I wanted to copy a certain section from one page to another in my website, it was a small section so I did it manually, copying the information exactly as I had it on the other page. But weirdly, the little yellow “underscore” or horizontal line that appears on every other Special Heading on every page in my website does not appear on this new section that I created, and I can’t figure out why. Suggestions?

Have you tried saving that section or element as a template? You can then reuse that template on another page or section.
