I purchased a plugin (WordPress Print Posts & Pages (PDF) https://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-print-posts-pages-pdf/20234379) for converting pages to PDFs and print-friendly versions, but this plugin does not seem to be working with the theme. Initially, I thought it was an issue with the Advanced Tables plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/advanced-tables-excelstyle-table-editor/11354430) I’m using along with the PDF/Print plugin, but this issue has occurred on other pages of my website, it will display the page title and any images on the page but will not display the page content. I also tried some other print/PDF plugins and found that the same or similar issue occurred with most of them. I was wondering if this was a problem you were aware of and if there was some way you could help me fix this?

    Hey MediaMix1,
Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the login, I see from your PDF Print plugin that it is getting the text from the excerpt

But I believe that you need to set the “Custom Post Fields” for the content to show:

Than being said, typically plugins have trouble using the Advanced Layout Builder shortcodes to get the content so I’m not sure if this plugin will work correctly, but perhaps it will after it is set up.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Thanks for the reply, and sorry about that! I was playing around with the plugin settings so much that I didn’t realize the custom data got disabled. I was able to get the plugin to display the shortcode data by the default page editor instead ofthe Advanced Layout Builder. It’s still not displaying exactly the way I would like but at least I know how to make the print plugins work on my website. I appreciate your assistance!
