    The support forum is moaning at me… I’m really confused. I’m just another customer struggling to import a parallax demo.

    Kriesi support forum says…
    We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on June 7th, 2023

    Theme Forest says…
    Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme
    Regular License
    5 months of support remaining. Extend now.

    Am I missing something?

    Please note that a theme license and valid support is not the same thing, please refer to this if you should need to extend your support license: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

    All I had to do was enter the purchase code in again, even though I had 5 months of support remaining. Anyway, all done now, thank you
