Sorry for the problem. Could you try to import the demo manually to see if that works better? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 20, 2019 at 2:31 pm #1056156Hello Rikard,
Thank you for your answer but there’s nothing about importing manually the demo on the page you sent me. It’s only talking about how to instal a demo using the button in the demo importer: that doesn’t work on my website, that’s the reason of my ticket..
Where can I found the Medical demo to import manually ?
How to upload it in my wordpress ?
Is it with FTP and so in which folder ?Maybe you can send me the file for “medical demo” ?
Pleased help me, I can’t loose more time with my client…Florian Herpe
Best.January 20, 2019 at 9:04 pm #1056312February 11, 2019 at 2:20 pm #1065432I get this exact same error on enfold sites which I have uploaded!
It just says “you might want to reload the page and try again”
I think what Studiohf was trying to say was that the link that Richard kindly sent doesn’t work:
https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-the anchor #manual-demo-import–xml-file-import- doesn’t exist on this page and there is nothing about manually uploading the xml file into the theme.
I have manually added the xml file from here:
wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/admin/demo_filesThis still does not resolve the issue though!
It seems to be looking for a folder called “Medical” here:
/web/content/demo/dev-site-22/wp-content/uploads/avia_fontsBut it can’t find this folder as it does not exist there anymore!
Are you able to tell me where it has been moved too? Or update the theme to fix this issue so that we can update it and carry on with development work?
I have made a copy of the website here to install it all fresh with an older version of Enfold to see if this would resolve the issue and it still didnt work. I’ve included login details in the private content section below
February 14, 2019 at 2:20 am #1066728Hi,
Looks like the connection to your site is timing out during the demo import. Please enable the error logs so that we can see what’s going wrong during the import process.
// https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG
I think what Studiohf was trying to say was that the link that Richard kindly sent doesn’t work:
That section has been transferred in the following page.

Best regards,
