I have problem when click import Themes that what i one (enfold one page agency) can you help me? what is the problem?

Please try to import the demo manually: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-. If that doesn’t work either then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
