Good afternoon, I am trying to import the shop demo but it keeps telling me I need to refresh my page? So I refresh, nothing. I tried to open a private/incognito window and tried to import the shop demo and still getting the same error. I tried importing the startup business demo and that worked fine. How can we fix this? Thx
solution/fixed: In the ini.php file look for max_executive_time and increase to 300 seconds (currently set to 30 seconds). then in the public_html, add a new blank folder and name it “upload_tmp_dir”. And lastly in the ini.php file, look for “Maximum amount of memory a script may consume” and replace what ever value MB to (256MB). Cheers!
