Hi, I have the same problem, when importing the theme takes no pictures and I get the message that the import failed.

Did you try to import the demo manually? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-
If that doesn’t help then please post WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
