Featured images for posts included in masonry grid are not showing. I duplicated an old post and the image shows fine. If I change the image or make a new post with an old image it does not display in the grid. It does display in the post. Please advise. Thanks
July 24, 2021 at 12:19 pm #1312058Hi ! I think I have the same issues.
(Sorry for my English, I’m French …)
I have a portfolio page with a masonry grid and a preview of some items on my home page.
This two masonry grid are set up differently :
– On my home page they were squared and with a B&W effect (and the color showing on overlay) in a automatic perfect grid. With the update some images didn’t show, randomly I think. And so I choose to keep the B&W effect but tried to change the type of masonry grid. And with the one you keep the same width for images without any resizing (Masonry flexible) does work : every image appear.– On my portfolio page it’s also a perfect grid but manual. I have also a quick css to change the color of the overlay:
#top .av-caption-style-overlay a.av-masonry-item-with-image .av-inner-masonry-content:hover {
background: rgba(129,58,141,0.65) !important;
}Every old images appear. But today I created a new portfolio item and : It’s blank on the portfolio page and it appear in the home page …
So i also need help ! Thanks !

Thanks for the login details. The details seem to be working, but it’s asking for an additional code to be able to log in:
An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.
About your problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

I was able to solve by deleting the Masonry element from my homepage, and then adding it back in. Once it was re-added, it pulled the new featured image correctly. Hope this helps!
July 29, 2021 at 9:09 pm #1313327Thanks… tried this but it actually removed all of the older post images now also.
July 29, 2021 at 9:20 pm #1313328Looks like there is an issue with lazy load of images. Turned it off and the grid is working properly.
July 29, 2021 at 10:03 pm #1313332Similar problem here, paging is not working on 4.8.4 and 4.8.5. First page is fine, next page no images. I have downgraded to 4.8.1, which works fine – but you might want to fix that, so i can update the related site.
July 29, 2021 at 11:03 pm #1313337Webp images also not showing in backgrounds… had to switch back to standard png or jpeg in backgrounds (note settings are parallax, center center, no repeat, 0.5 overlay)
July 29, 2021 at 11:07 pm #1313339Tried to revert back to original image format and now the image will not show. ANY changes to images on the site results in the image not rendering. I see it on the editor.. but there is an empty space where the image should be.

However, the issue is still present if we use the editor (no custom css) and are unable to make any image changes or additions site wide.
