    I have a client who insists the images on this page (https://www.korlifesciences.com/team) are not appearing for him. Everyone I send the link to says they can see the images, but my client – and a few of his associates – claim there are no team photos on that page.

    • I originally had lazy loading activated but have since turned it off;
    • I have a grayscale CSS filter on the images, but nothing crazy;
    • I’ve checked my WP uploads folder permissions are 755 as they should be;
    • I’ve updated the theme as well as WordPress.

    Any help here!?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The images are perfectly visible on our end. You may have to ask your clients to remove the cache or history on their browser, or tell them to check the site on incognito mode. You can also send this screenshot (https://imgur.com/5Iszxb2) to your clients.
