Dear ladies and gentlemen. On tablets and smartphones, images are suddenly no longer displayed correctly in Masonry View. Partly several pictures are displayed on top of each other, partly one picture is displayed several times, partly distorted. This always happens when the page is scrolled.

The phenomenon occurs sometimes fast, sometimes slower. Tested with various pads and smartphones. IOS and Android. That makes no difference.

    What I tried already (unsuccessfully):
    All plugins deactivated.
    Enfold cache disabled.
Searched and tried solutions in the forum.

    Looking foward for your support.
    Sincerely, Bernd

    Hi Bernd,

Please check the masonry now. Seems to show the same as on the desktop.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hello Victoria,

I’m afraid nothing’s changed. Rather worse than better.

    Best regards,
    Bernd

    Hi Bernd,

Yes, try testing with caching disabled.

    Hello Victoria :-)

I rather thought of the fact that the error search is easier when the cache is switched off ;-). I’ve had the problem with the images in the Masonry from the beginning. I didn’t have a cache installed yet. And I have – as already described in my first post – deactivated all plugins for testing. I have now deactivated the cache again and emptied the browser cache. The problem remains.

    Best regards,
    Bernd

    Hi Bernd,

The Javascript error comes from this plugin – Real Media Library.

    Victoria

    Dear Team,

Just to exclude all possible sources of error, I wrote to the author of the suspected plugin. We couldn’t find a bug. I would like to point out again that the problem existed before the plugin was installed. Even deactivating all plugins did not improve the situation (see Post March 24, 2019 at 11:41 am). I look forward to your further advice.

    Best regards,
    Bernd
