There is an lightbox option in the image element. It can help to enlarge an image to fit the browser. However, my customer has some really big image with a long paragraph text on the image. When the lightbox show up, the text on the image is still too small to see it. Is there any way to add a zoom on the lightbox image?
Normally, lightbox images cannot be zoomed.
Can you add the URL of your page for further investigation please?
You could install another plugin such as Magic Zoom Plus which can zoom into lightbox images. Try these examples:

Click the image to enlarge, then click again to zoom to 100%.
If you don’t want the zoom on hover feature, it can be disabled. Magic Zoom Plus can be downloaded as a plugin for WordPress, Woocommerce, WP Ecommerce & Jigoshop.
