Hello dear Enfold Team,
I wanted to implement a normal Image with Hotspots element in my site. For some reason, the Hotspots are not showing up. The weird thing is, when I hover my cursor over the space, where the Hotspot is supposed to be, the Tooltip DOES appear.
I have no idea what´s going on. Login and Link to the concerning page in private content.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

in my case the hotspots appear where I set them when viewed in draft ‘preview’ mode. However, once the page is saved (published), the hotspots disappear and the tooltips are shown in once place.
This has started happening only after the last update (4.8.5).
This is an urgent issue for us.
Clearing site and browser cache don’t solve the issue.Thanks,

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also please include FTP login details, in case we should need that.

Sooo, I fixed it. It was my own fault, I had some conflicting CSS Styles. It had nothing to do with Enfold, I´m sorry for wasting your time guys :D.
