    Hi enfold team.

I am building a test site and wanted to use the enfold theme.

Created a child theme based off this – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/

Got it working as intended, but i am not able to upload any type of image, keep getting http error –

i have 0 plugins and only installed enfold theme – never had this issue before. It is NOT enfold only, i tried switching to 2017 theme and same issue, not sure what to do, any help is appreciated!

Please see below for temp login creds.

    Thanks!

    Hey Drebosio,

You need to check the image’s size and ask for help to your host company.

    Hi John,

I’ll reach out to them, but this doesn’t make sense. Maybe you can shed some light on it?

The max file size in my media library is currently 32mb:

and the file i’m trying to upload is 571kb:

and yet i’m still getting the error?

    ***Edit***
So i was able to upload images, but not my logo.jpg? other jpgs and pngs i can load no problem. What?

    ***Edit 2*** Final Edit
So i think i figured out my issue after spending a couple hours on it…..it wasn’t liking this one jpg’s as mentioned above it would upload other jpgs and pngs.

I brought my image into photoshop and noticed it was set to CMYK, switched the mode to RGB, saved as jpg, reuploaded and BOOM it now takes it….

So can close this topic, hopyfully the above helps others!
