image shortcode / code block in color section not full width

I am using the Interactive Image Map Plugin – Draw Attention plugin to add some url links to my image. I have the shortcode in a code block within a color section at 100% height, l would like it to display at full screen width, but it’s only at the max container width (1310). Can you see what’s wrong, and/or can I put a shortcode in the full-wdith slider in some way? The draw attention support said as long as the image is large enough and the container is full-wdith, that it should be displaying correctly.
