    Dear Support

I have a problem with image alt titles being appearing as sitelinks in google search results.

Enter the site name (private content) and see for yourself. I cannot attach a screenshot so I can’t show you any other way. In order for this not to happen anymore I would need to block all images from being indexed which I would rather not since it helps my SEO.

Has this problem been reported before? Is there a solution to solve this that you know about?

Thanks for your help, always much appreciated.

    Sam

    Hey Sam,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi,
To add a screenshot please try using https://postimages.org/ and pasting the image URL in your post.
I tried to take a look at your link to the Google search, but I’m not sure what is wrong. Google does spider image alt titles and most SEO suggests to use keywords in your alt titles to take advantage of this.
    Perhaps I’m not understanding correctly?

    Best regards,
    Mike
