Hello,
I have an issue on my website where an iframe from an external company is embedded. Now, I’m facing a problem where the iframe extends beyond the right and left edges in mobile view.
The company says the issue is not on their end. I’ve tried several things, but nothing has worked.
Below are the login details. Perhaps you could take a look? It’s the booking tool under the H1 at the beginning. Please click on “book” to open the iframe.
Thank you.

I believe that you are referring to this button:
It seems to look correct to me, the orange arrow expands the button options and they also show in the center of the mobile screen.
Perhaps a screenshot of what you see would help.Best regards,

you need to click on the arrow to see it. I’ve posted a screenshot: https://img.savvyify.com/image/90PI6thanks!
April 10, 2024 at 5:46 pm #1439669Hi,
I don’t see it that way on Windows or Android, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
Try clearing your cache, iPhones can be hard to clear the cache, often you need to also clear the history to fully purge the cache, following these steps for Safari and note Step 4 where you will Clear the History.Best regards,
MikeApril 11, 2024 at 12:16 pm #1439737Ok thats really strange because I see it that way on my Android and my IPhone. My colleague also (he has also an Andoird and an Iphone). We both cleared our cache several times as those from the Server (Raidboxes).
I’ve tried it also on a Google Pixel 7A in Chrome and on a Samsung Galaxy S10, Android 12, Ecosia browser and it looks like below in private content.
Do you have any idea how to fix it? As said, the developers from the company says it has to do with the theme?
Thx, Stefan

Thanks for the screenshots, I use a Samsung Galaxy A14. When I check your site now it seems the button is now covered with the lower section, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.Best regards,

StefanApril 15, 2024 at 7:20 pm #1440045Hi,
Ok, please check your device screen resolutions are they smaller than 320px?
When I check with my browser at the smallest device size of 325px the form is within the screen, see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
My Samsung Galaxy A14 is 339px, unfortunately I’m not able to reproduce what you are seeing so I’m not sure what we might be able to do to change this.Best regards,
Mike -
