    when I send hello,

    When we send certain test ” mails from the allo-sos.com website, we do not always receive emails, but when emails are sent directly (not from the website) they arrive at their destination, how to solve the problem please

    I have always the problem can you maybe to connect to my pannel and create a new page and make on this new page your plugin contact form please. I have try but The emails do not arrive in my mailbox, therefore not received

    Hi Monsieurmag,

    Please try to check this article: https://www.codeforest.net/debugging-wp-mail-like-a-boss-debugger then post the logs to us.
    Also since there’s a high chance that PHP mail is not working properly on your site, consider using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and setup its Other SMTP settings (you’ll need to ask your hosting provider for some details like, SMTP Host, Encryption, SMTP Port, SMTP Username and SMTP Password)
