    I don’t understand anything about this theme. I just want to install an icon, it has never been this hard. The error given is as follows;
“Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
Please reload the page, then try again”

Also, you installed with one click, but it doesn’t work. You will now tell me the solution to this, as in the form. I’m not a computer programmer, I don’t understand why it’s so hard.

You said to download from Fontello and Flaticon, I signed up and paid, but the error message is very funny. Is your advice to trash the theme or is it that I can’t do something simple.

    Hey ozdal23,

Please try to check if PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled.
You can find it by going to LayerSlider then click on the three vertical dots (icon) located in the upper-right corner and click System Status

Then check if PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled (located under Server Settings).
If it is disabled then you’ll need to enable it via cPanel here’s a guide on how to enable it: https://bobcares.com/blog/enable-php-zip-extension-cpanel/ or you can request help from your hosting provider to enable this feature and the issue should be fixed.
If it is enabled, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
