There is also the possibility to integrate contributions directly into the page. An icon is also displayed – see screen. Unfortunately, the image is not displayed even though a favicon is stored. How can I set up the display of an icon? Best regards, Andreas

    Hi kreativeseite,

I can see the favicon in your site though clearly, it’s showing a broken icon in the screenshot you provided.
Where did you share the link (or name of the social media site)? so we can try to reproduce it and hopefully find the cause.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hello Nikko. I have used the function in Mediabank. Here you can use the item “insert from url”. If you do this, a teaser is displayed in the blog post and the icon of the page is not displayed here. Below you can see a link to a test page. lg Andreas

    Hi kreativeseite,

Do you have an image optimization plugin on your site?
If yes, please temporarily disable it and see if it helps.
I’ve put a screenshot link in private content where the issue is shown (src is blank that’s why a broken image icon shows up).

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hi Nikko. Thank you for the answer. I use Optimus. But deactivating it had no effect on the display. It’s not critical for success, but I was just interested in what the problem could be. I didn’t find where you could “maintain” this in the CMS. lg Andreas

    Hi kreativeseite,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
