    Hello,

I just updated all of my plugins and themes, and the icon boxes on my company’s website have completely disappeared:

You will notice an empty color section that does not include the three icon boxes, although the content is still in the editor it is invisible on firefox/ chrome. The text does not appear even when highlighted. So far I have tried to increase PHP memory limit in WHM, and also to recreate the color section and all content from scratch. Even when I make new icon boxes, they are invisible, and the problem persists.

    Help?

    Hey chemstudent337,

Try deactivating all active plugins just in case there is a conflict. The last is to increase the WordPress memory limit to above 64mb (128 is typical at this point): http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

I have identified the conflict. It is with the latest update of W3 total cache. Simply clearing all caches does not fix the problem. W3 total cache must be deactivated, and cannot be reactivated, or the icon boxes become invisible. This is a problem, as we need a caching engine and W3 is the the only/ best game in town as far as I know.

    Hi,

Have you looked into WP Super Cache?
