After the latest WordPress/Enfold update, the Widget Area I had created to display in the Footer Area is now no longer working.
I had the following shortcode in a custom html widget:

    [av_icon_box icon='ue82b' font='entypo-fontello' title='Areas Serviced' position='top' icon_style='' boxed='' font_color='' custom_title='' custom_content='' color='' custom_bg='' custom_font='' custom_border='' custom_title_size='' av-medium-font-size-title='' av-small-font-size-title='' av-mini-font-size-title='' custom_content_size='' av-medium-font-size='' av-small-font-size='' av-mini-font-size='' heading_tag='' heading_class='' link='' linktarget='' linkelement='' id='' custom_class='' av_uid='' admin_preview_bg='']

    Albany Creek 4305, Banksia Beach 4507, Beachmere 4510, Beerburrum 4517, Bellmere 4510, Bongaree 4507, Bracken Ridge 4017, Bray Park 4500, Bribie Island 4507, Burpengary 4505, Caboolture 4510, Caboolture South 4510, Cashmere 4500, Dakabin 4503, Deception Bay 4508, Donnybrook 4510, Elimbah 4516, Kallangur 4503, Kurwongbah 4503, Lawnton 4501, Mango Hill 4509, Meldale 4510, Moorina 4506, Morayfield 4506, Narangba 4504, Ningi 4511, North Harbour 4505, North Lakes 4509, Petrie 4502, Redcliffe 4020, Rothwell 4022, Sandgate 4017, Sandstone Point 4511, Scarborough 4020, Strathpine 4500, Toorbul 4510, Upper Caboolture 4510, Wamuran 4512, Warner 4500, Woorim 4507.

Other areas may be possible on request.

Now all I see is the Icon Box with the text “Click to add your own text here”.

Here is a screen cap of the issue:

I have the same problem with the box icon

Hi.. All iconbox elements across every Enfold site I run have stopped functioning! Please help. I use this element extensively and all the boxes have the default ‘Click to add your own text here” instead of the content.

Sorry for the problem, this was unfortunately introduced in the latest version of the theme. @spottydog63, Appearance->Theme Editor is disabled on your installation, so I can’t add the fix for you. Please enable that functionality, or include FTP login details in private as well.

BigBatT and carbonquiver, if you need help with fixing this, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also make sure that Appearance->Theme Editor is active on your sites, or include FTP login details as well.

If you want to try to fix it yourselves, then please comment out this code:

'std' => __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),

On line 196 in iconbox.php, located under /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/iconbox/. It should look this this when commented out:

    //'std' 	=> __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),

    Best regards,

I have edited the iconbox.php as you suggested and this has fixed the issue.
But what happens when there is a further update?
Will this happen again, or will this edit remain in place?

    Hi @Rikard,
Your fix solved the issue. Thanks

    Hi Iain,

This fix is already included in our current code, so it will be updated automatically with the next theme update. You shouldn’t have to do anything further than this.

    Hi Luigi,

Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Sorry again for the problem.

    Best regards,

Thanks for the fix Rikard, keep up the great work with the updates.

    Hi Cliffy,

Thanks for the kind words. We are aiming at releasing a bug fix version of the theme tomorrow, if everything goes as planned.

    Best regards,
