    I just installed Envoded and I have a new wordpress installation but when I go to Enfold tab and later select Demo Import and click Import: Agency – Enfold Parallax Demo…. I receive the next error message:

    Download of files for demo Agency – Enfold Parallax Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    I reload the page but nothing happened. I also reinstalled the Enfold theme again and the error continue. Please can you help me and explain me step by step what I need to do to have this demo installed in my wordpress?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, the login details are working now. I see that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, could you try activating it to see if that helps please? If you don’t know how to do it, then please reach out to your hosting provider.
